Rare tea - Limited edition

Complex notes of vanilla, white grapes and just a hint of smoke dazzle those who try this tea.
A spring 2017 pick, this tea is just about right age wise and is really coming into its own.
And it will only get better with a little aging.

Cultivar: Tieguanyin (Iron Goddess)
Season: April 2020
Elevation: 300-500m
Method: Hand picked, processed on site, very small batch
Oxidation: 50%, Mid-Heavy Charcoal Roast
Region: Muzha, New Taipei City

Brewing:
Gong Fu Style: 3-5g per 100ml, ~100C water, 30, 40, 50 then add 10-30 seconds steeps in gaiwan.
Lasts 4-5 steeps.

Western Style: 3-5g (1-2 tea spoons) per 200-250ml, ~95c water for 1-2 minutes.
