Method: Hand picked, processed on site, very small batch

Brewing:

Gong Fu Style: 3-5g per 100ml, ~95c water, 30, 40, 50 then add 5-10 seconds steeps in gaiwan. Lasts 4-5 steeps.

Western Style: 7g (2 tea spoons) per 200-250ml, ~95c water for 2-3 minutes. Lasts 2-3 steep

Gorgeous florals, bright green vegetal notes and a smooth, clean finish make this a great example of what Baozhongs are all about.
