Method: Hand picked, processed on site, very small batch

Brewing:

Gong Fu Style: 3-5g per 100ml, ~100C water, 30, 45, 60 then add 5-10 seconds steeps in gaiwan.
Lasts 4-5 steeps.

Western Style: 6g (2 tea spoons) per 200-250ml, ~95c water for 3+ minutes. Lasts 3+ steep

This great quality tea is strong/subtle, flexible and long lasting, and has all the flavor characteristics we love in high mountain oolongs.
It has a smooth sweet vegetal upfront that transitions to a subtle and long-lasting fruit flower finish.
This tea is a limited run. No more of this tea is being produced.
